We are collaborating with Hike for Health in offering beginner/restorative yoga!

Join us for an hour practice with BGH members for a wellness session. Our yogi instructor Mickey will guide you through beginner yoga poses and sun salutations as we explore alternatives ways to improve mental and physical health.
