Join us for this scenic hike with Hike for Health followed by our BGH x Yoga session!
The trail selected is rated easy/moderate so it is beginner friendly and all are welcomed.
This trail is pet-friendly but requires that all pets remain on a leash.
Immediately following will be a restorative yoga session during our BGH x Yoga event beginning at 10:30AM
