About the Event
Join us for a great 2.6mile morning hike at Dover Plains in Dover Plains, NY . A beautiful hike. Water all around, small waterfall with a foot bridge. Red trail provides a path along the Indian Kill (Kill is Old Dutch for stream). Yellow trail provides a higher elevation route. The Red trail requires a stream crossing at the second waterfall which is barely possible with high water. Overall, an enjoyably short hike!
The trail selected is rated moderate. If you are new to hiking and/or looking for a challenge, this is the hike for you!
