About the Event
Join us for a great morning hike at Wawayand State Park in Sussex County, New Jersey! The park is beautiful and has very wonderful scenic view near the lake, which is surrounded by a lot of trees. There is also a 20 mile stretch of the Appalachian trail throughout the park. During this hike, you will experience easy to moderate inclines, walk through open fields, forested areas and along small streams.
The trail selected is rated moderate. If you are new to hiking and looking for a challenge, this is the hike for you!.
