Hike & Yoga at Leakin Park: Celebrating Movement in Nature
Join us for a refreshing morning of hiking, yoga, and community at Leakin Park in Baltimore, MD! We’re embracing the beauty of movement in nature while celebrating the launch of The Black Girls Hike Foundation—an initiative dedicated to empowering Black women and girls through outdoor adventure and wellness. We’re excited to be joined by our friends at Parks & People, who completed $1.5 million in improvements to the Gwynns Falls Trail in 2024.

🥾 10:00 AM – Guided Hike (3 miles, moderate to challenging)
🧘🏾♀️ 11:00 AM – Slow Flow Yoga (gentle, restorative, and grounding)
